These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the TodoHub application and related services offered under the TodoHub brand by RTec Desenvolvimento de Softwares LTDA, registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue under CNPJ No. 17.280.026/0001-33. By installing or using TodoHub, you confirm that you have read these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

1. About the services

TodoHub is a productivity application that helps you organize tasks and appointments and connect with external calendars (such as Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar) when you choose to enable integrations. Features may include prioritization tools (for example, an Eisenhower-style matrix), optional assistants or chat for creating tasks in natural language, and synchronized access across supported platforms (including mobile apps distributed through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and web access where available).

Information we publish about TodoHub is general. Specific commercial conditions, scope, or SLAs may be governed by the app stores’ terms or separate agreements.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and by Google’s or Apple’s rules for your region (for example, higher age thresholds may apply in some countries). If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may need parental or guardian consent.

Sign-in may be offered via Google. You agree to provide accurate information and to protect access to your accounts with third-party providers. Notify us at contact@todohub.com if you become aware of unauthorized use.

3. Plans and payments

TodoHub may offer free and paid tiers or in-app purchases. Paid features and subscriptions offered inside the mobile apps are processed by the platforms’ own payment systems — primarily the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Pricing, billing cycles, cancellations, and refunds follow the policies and interfaces of the store through which you subscribed, in addition to these Terms where compatible.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use TodoHub only for lawful, good-faith purposes. Without limitation, you must not:

Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
Attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, or other users’ data;
Interfere with or overload the service or supporting infrastructure;
Misuse integrations or APIs in breach of third-party terms;
Copy, scrape, or exploit our software or branding beyond what the law or we expressly allow.

5. Intellectual property

The TodoHub name, logos, visual assets, software, and related materials are owned by RTec Desenvolvimento de Softwares LTDA or its licensors. Except as allowed by law or by us in writing, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them.

6. Limitation of liability

We use reasonable efforts to keep TodoHub available and accurate, but the service may contain errors or interruptions. Your use is at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.

TodoHub may link to third-party services (calendar providers, app stores, authentication providers). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use TodoHub, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

7. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Barueri, State of São Paulo, are elected as the venue, except where mandatory consumer or other rules assign a different jurisdiction.

If you are considered a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country or habitual residence, nothing in these Terms limits rights or procedural rules (including jurisdiction) that those laws guarantee and that cannot be validly waived by contract. If any part of these Terms conflicts with such mandatory provisions, the mandatory provisions prevail.

8. Changes and contact

We may change these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance as allowed by law. Please review this document periodically.
