End-User License Agreement for TodoHub Services

1. Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access and use the TodoHub service
  • Install and run mobile applications on your devices
  • Access web application through supported browsers
  • Use the service for personal and/or professional productivity

1.1 License Scope

4. User Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you create:

  • Tasks, subtasks, and descriptions
  • Events and appointments
  • Goals and notes
  • Categories and tags

4.1 License to Us

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:

  • Store your content on our servers
  • Process to provide service features
  • Display back to you and authorized users
  • Backup for recovery purposes

5. Third-Party Components

The service incorporates open-source components:

6. Trademarks

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE".

We disclaim all warranties:

  • ❌ Warranties of merchantability
  • ❌ Warranties of fitness for particular purpose
  • ❌ Warranties of non-infringement
  • ❌ Warranties of uninterrupted operation

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

We shall NOT be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Lost profits
  • Data loss (maintain backups)
  • Cost of substitute services
